1. Nature of the Site and our services
The Site is informational. It describes the executive search services we offer to U.S. hedge funds, FinTech companies, AmLaw 100 firms, and management consulting practices, and provides general information about our firm. The content on the Site does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
2. No engagement created by visiting
Merely visiting the Site, downloading materials from it, submitting a CV, or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on the part of Meridian. Search engagements are established only by a separate, signed engagement letter between Meridian and the client.
3. Candidates
If you submit a CV or other professional information to us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. You may withdraw your candidacy and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@meridiantalentgroup.com. Meridian does not charge candidates fees of any kind.
4. Clients
If you are a prospective client, the terms of any search will be governed by a separate, mutually signed engagement letter. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, commitment, or guarantee with respect to any particular candidate, placement, timeline, or outcome.
