The role
Lead quant research across a $5B multi-strat platform. Build and manage a team of 6–10 researchers. Direct ownership of the model pipeline from idea generation to production.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years buyside quant research experience
- PhD in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Stats, CS)
- Production-grade Python / kdb+ / C++
- Demonstrated PnL ownership at a multi-strat or large quant fund
