Lead EMEA institutional coverage: UK/EU public pensions, sovereigns, insurers and family offices. Partner directly with the CEO and CIO on senior meetings. Build the EMEA IR team over the next 24 months.
Underwriting, structuring and portfolio monitoring for the direct-lending platform. 2–5 years in leveraged finance, sponsors coverage, or middle-market credit. Ownership of live transactions from day one.
Build and own the internal execution/OMS layer around Bloomberg AIM. Real-time systems, low-latency, tick-data pipelines. Python + C++ + kdb+. Small, senior engineering team.
Report to General Counsel and CCO. SEC 40-Act, Advisers Act, and cross-border coordination with FCA, MAS, CIMA counterparts. 5–10 years experience; asset-management background required.
